Normal Method (not inverted)

Pour 30g water, wait 40s

Pour to 180g & stir 10 times

At 1:30min, plunge down very slowly

Add 30-40g water into the brewed coffee

Results:

Flavour: complex acidity of apple, plum, grapefruit, light lychee finish
