Where will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered to the address you provide during the ordering process.

Are there delivery fees?

Yes, we have standard delivery fees of SGD $3 for all orders. However, for orders above SGD $35, we offer free delivery. It's something to cheer about!

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Singapore. We are working towards expanding our shipping options to reach coffee lovers around the world in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We take pride in delivering high-quality coffees. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your package. We will gladly assist you in finding a satisfactory solution.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account and make the necessary changes. Please note that modifications or cancellations should be made before the next scheduled roast date.

My brew isn't up to par. What should I do?

No worries! We provide a dedicated coffee helpline where you can receive personalized advice from our expert roaster. We're committed to helping you brew a better cup of coffee. You can also reach out to us on Instagram for coffee assistance anytime.

Do you have any coffee recipes to share?

Certainly! We regularly share interesting recipes, brewing tips, and tricks for various brewing methods on our Instagram page. Join us there for a world of coffee inspiration.

Are your coffees fresh?

Absolutely! We roast your coffee to order, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep with the freshest flavor. Keep in mind that freshly roasted coffees need a resting period of 10-14 days for their flavors to fully develop. Patience pays off!

How should I store my coffee beans?

To maintain optimal freshness, it is recommended to store your coffee beans in an airtight container or in the coffee bag in a cool, dark place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
