Timely Dispatch and Arrival
Orders placed after 10pm on Tuesday will be added to the next roasting schedule. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure your coffee is delivered within 3 working days from the dispatch date, allowing you to enjoy the freshest brews without delay.

Background
We're starting the year with a delicious coffee from Guatemala. René Méndez owns Fince Jolimex in Huehuetenango. This 1.3-hectare farm is fully planted with around 9,800 coffee trees consisting of Bourbon and Caturra. The coffee is picked and fermented for 36-48 hours before drying on patios for 6-8 days.
It is such a joy to find a Guat that is as layered and sweet as this one. At the front, you'll taste the vibrancy of stewed apples and tangerine, followed by the body of yellow peach. It finishes off with sweet french praline, a touch of nuttiness which brings balance to the whole cup. What a beautiful one!
