    Grown in Loa, West Java, this delicious anaerobic natural Typica is a true testament to the good work pioneered by CATUR Coffee Co and Sunny Coffee in the fields of coffee processing. At the heart of this coffee is Sunny Coffee, a farm committed to sustainable agroforestry, ensuring long-term resilience against climate change while preserving biodiversity. We’re thankful to have our hands on this very special coffee, it truly redefines Indonesian coffee, collaborating with farmers, processors, and researchers to elevate quality and sustainability. 

    Very beautiful taste profile, this coffee comes in many many complex layers. Upon the first sip, the sweetness and vibrancy of dark grapes and blackberries. This plays on the palette, intensifying to the roundness and flavour of a good whisky. We then detect cacao nibs and the complex sweetness of molasses, finishing the coffee off perfectly. Amazing one, this one is.
